Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor-Events to manage event execution in designated locations. You will audit, train, and coach Event Specialists to ensure quality, compliant event delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires overseeing 10–50 staff, coordinating with store managers, and maintaining equipment and demo setups.

Salary is $70,304 per year with potential local travel; you will report to the Crossmark team and contribute to on-site event success and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or technical diploma or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Proficient MS Office Suite skills.
• Valid driver's license; National Registry of Food Safety certification within 30 days; Local Food Handlers permit if required.
• Supervisory responsibilities with approximately 10–50 employees.
• Retail environment; ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and motivate employees; develop them to meet client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on processes, policies and responsibilities.
• Audit and coach to ensure food safety and quality event execution.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events.
• Act as the point of contact for all events in the store; assist with event kits and materials.
