Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club, focusing on development, coaching, and delivering outstanding customer experiences through product demos and sampling events.

You will hire, train, coach, and manage day-to-day event execution, while monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role reports to store leadership and supports payroll and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and developing staff
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with HR systems and payroll processes
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds if needed

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
