Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a field-based representative in the Washington, DC area to visit local retailers, educate them on the client’s financial services, and maximize program value.

You will be the face of the brand in stores, manage daily routes, and collaborate with leadership to hit territory goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support and address questions to ensure understanding.
• Place and maintain in-store POS materials and branding.
• Document visits using mobile tools and reporting systems.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $24 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Requirements: This position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.

This is a field‑based role where you will visit local retailers and ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program. You will serve as the face of the brand in the field building relationships, providing education, and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.

What You’ll Do

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met

Day‑to‑Day

Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory. Approximately 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.
