Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit local retailers in Market - AMRET - FL, West Palm Beach area, build strong merchant relationships, and promote the client’s program benefits.

The role is field-based with daily travel and no weekends. You will educate merchants, place POS materials, document visits with mobile tools, and collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.

Overview

Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory! Schedule: Monday - Friday. Pay: $21 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity.

Requirements

• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Field-based role visiting local retailers to ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program.
• Serve as the face of the brand in the field: build relationships, provide education, and ensure a strong customer experience at each location.

What You’ll Do

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.

Day-to-Day

Field-based position with daily travel; approximately 22–35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.

• Effectively demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity.
• Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
