2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retail partner relationships and support business growth across the territory.

This field-based role requires a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a compensation of $23 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity. Daily responsibilities include visiting stores, educating merchants on financial services, placing POS materials, and documenting visits for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

This is a field‑based role requiring a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license. The position is Monday‑Friday, $23 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within the assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
• Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within the assigned territory.
• Maintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employees.
• Try to place point‑of‑purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of business.
• Advise merchants by providing information on products.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising displays and merchant feedback.
• Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
• Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch‑related activities, as needed.
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner.

Day‑to‑Day

Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory, approximately 22-35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style supported by leadership and training teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
