Job summary

IGS Energy is hiring a Direct Sales Associate to represent Just Energy at a major national retail partner location. You’ll acquire and retain customers, apply a consultative sales approach, and help shoppers compare natural gas, electricity, and alternative energy options.

The role features a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with opportunities for advancement. Onsite work and a strong benefits package are included to support growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous sales, customer retention, or account management experience.
• Flexibility to work second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from training sites.

Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers at retail stores.
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and options.
• Achieve sales objectives and follow departmental goals and procedures.
• Build trust and professionalism when handling objections and questions.
• Collaborate with other sales reps, store managers, and staff.
• Learn current programs and clearly explain offerings to customers.
