Job summary

IGS Energy, a family‑owned energy retailer, seeks a Direct Sales Associate to represent Just Energy at a major retail partner location. You will acquire new customers, provide a superior retail experience, and advise on natural gas, electricity and alternative energy options.

The role offers a base salary ($20/hr; $41,600/yr) plus uncapped commission, robust benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training. Flexible schedule with on‑site work at partner stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer retention, or account management.
• Flexibility to work second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers by providing an exceptional customer experience at retail stores.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to discover each customer’s needs and recommend energy products.
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results by achieving all sales objectives and following department goals.
