Job summary

IGS Energy, a family‑owned energy retailer, is hiring a Direct Sales Associate to represent Just Energy on behalf of IGS Energy at a major retail partner location. You will use a consultative selling approach to help customers compare natural gas, electricity and alternative energy options while delivering an exceptional retail experience.

• Highly sales motivated with excellent customer service, retention, and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and negotiate effectively.
• Capable of working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers at retail stores.
• Use consultative selling to match energy options to each customer’s needs.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and follow department policies.
• Collaborate with store managers and other reps to drive results.
• Stay informed on current energy programs and offerings to advise customers.
