IGS Energy is hiring a Direct Sales Associate to represent Just Energy at a major retail partner location. You will acquire customers using a consultative sales approach for natural gas, electricity, and alternative energy options.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a growing industry. Candidates must be customer-focused and able to work on-site with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer retention, or account management.
• Willing to work second shift hours including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to work and training sites.

Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers at retail stores.
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify needs and recommend energy products.
• Achieve sales objectives and follow department policies and procedures.
• Build confidence and handle objections with negotiation and professionalism.
• Collaborate with store staff and other sales representatives.
• Learn current product programs and clearly communicate options to customers.
