Design Within Reach is seeking a Retail Dropship Operations Specialist to manage daily supplier relations and purchase order workflows. You will partner with Planning, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Accounts Payable, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes identifying risks, driving corrective actions, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external suppliers to support a seamless customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity with thoughtful questions.

• Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle across retail, contract, and extended lead-time product.
• Monitor supplier reliability and order performance, focusing on timeliness and accuracy.
• Proactively identify late orders, supply constraints, and recovery plans with suppliers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Accounts Payable, and Customer Service to translate needs into action.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring supplier issues.
