Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC seeks a Retail District Manager to lead and develop a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and Lead Merchandisers across assigned stores in the New Orleans area.

You will supervise in-store execution, optimize selling effectiveness, manage schedules, provide coaching, and partner with store personnel to ensure merchandising excellence while maintaining company policies and reporting through MEI systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Some college with management/supervisory experience; 2+ years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to Retail Coverage Merchandiser/Lead Merchandiser team in your geographic area.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the company’s business model, client and customer expectations.
