• Recruit, interview, hire and onboard associates.
• Coach and manage performance and development.
• Oversee home office tasks and HR documentation.
• Plan and manage projects to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
• Assign workload and ensure resources and materials delivery.
• Optimize selling effectiveness and store coverage across territories.
