Job summary

Channel Partners in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician. This full-time role focuses on installing and maintaining retail displays, fixtures, planogram resets, and related merchandising tasks.

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and support an in-store prescription drug collection program, with variable weekly hours based on business needs. You’ll work with a dedicated Field Manager, receive paid training, and have access to benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and fixturing; monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience troubleshooting display issues and using tools.
• Ability to travel up to 120 miles and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with wiring and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure displays are fully functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with travel as needed.
• Complete merchandising tasks including planograms and pricing signage.
• Report visit status and schedule data within 24 hours of launches.
