Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, planogram resets, and shelving. You’ll troubleshoot issues, build displays, and support the prescription drug take-back program across assigned stores.

This full-time role offers paid training, provided travel up to 120 miles, weekly pay, and benefits. Expect a variable schedule with 32 hours per week minimum, some weeks 40+ hours, and travel as needed to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixtures, and cabling.
• Experience troubleshooting display issues and repairing electronics.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with security cabling and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to keep them fully functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and may require travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet maintenance windows: 48–72 hour store service; manage repairs independently.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Minimum 32 hours per week, with possible 40–50+ hours; Monday–Friday start 8:00 a.m.
