Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician in the Raleigh area to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps. You will perform planogram resets, troubleshoot issues, and support the in-store prescription drug collection program.

The role is full-time with variable hours, a comprehensive benefits package, paid training, and travel as needed up to 120 miles. You’ll build in-store relationships and participate in weekly calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and troubleshooting cabling/monitoring systems.
• Ability to read schematics and connect components.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, endcaps with security and wiring.
• Troubleshoot display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance within 48–72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Maintain weekly hours of 32 with potential 40–50+ hours, Mon–Fri 8:00 start.
• Report visit status and manage merchandising tasks and signage.
