Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, perform planogram resets, troubleshoot issues, and support the in-store prescription drug collection program. This full-time role offers paid training, travel up to 120 miles, and a variable schedule with 32 hours minimum per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity
• Experience using tools to maintain displays
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lighting, buttons, demos)

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps, with security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep displays fully functional and maintained
• Lead multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles as needed
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements including 48–72 hour store service
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Work minimum 32 hours per week, with potential 40–50+ hours; Monday–Friday 8:00 start, some weekends
• Report status of store visits and maintain records
• Perform in-store merchandising tasks and price signage updates
• Build relationships with store teams and participate in weekly calls
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry within deadlines
• Support additional tasks as requested by management
• Prescription Drug Collection duties with pharmacist/store leadership interaction
