Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms, troubleshoot issues, and support a drug take-back program. The role is full-time with hours varying by business needs and travel up to 120 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays and troubleshoot display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with cabling, monitors, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure displays are fully functional and maintained.
• Lead small teams on multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements and complete store visits within set timeframes.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Work 32 hours per week minimum, with possible 40–50+ hours; standard schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 AM, occasional weekends.
• Report visit status and maintain pricing and signage through planograms.
• Build in-store relationships and participate in weekly calls; complete scheduling and reporting tasks.
