Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms. The role involves troubleshooting, traveling to stores (up to 120 miles), and coordinating ad hoc maintenance with a flexible weekly schedule.

This full-time position offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. You'll work a minimum of 32 hours per week with potential for 40-50+ hours based on business needs; typical hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, cabling, monitors, and audio.
• Troubleshoot and repair display issues to keep units fully functional.
• Lead multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles may be required.
• Perform planogram resets and maintain pricing/signage.
• Complete administrative duties: reports within 24 hours of launch.
• Travel with drive time/mileage; overnight travel may be needed.
• Prescription drug collection duties in-store with pharmacist leadership.
