Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays and fixtures, perform planogram resets, and support a store’s drug take-back program. This is a full-time role with variable hours based on business needs, including travel to stores up to 120 miles.

You will receive paid training, a dedicated field manager, and access to benefits such as medical/dental/vision plans, vacation, 401(k) matching after 12 months, and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience building displays and cabling.
• Ability to troubleshoot display issues and software reboots.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install/build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with cabling and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to keep them functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Work 32–50+ hours weekly; typical schedule Mon–Fri, starting 8:00 AM; some weekends.
