Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays and fixtures, perform planogram resets, and troubleshoot issues across stores.

The role involves travel up to 120 miles, leading multi-rep projects, and meeting maintenance SLAs (48–72 hours) while supporting prescription drug collection initiatives. Expect 32 hours per week minimum with potential for 40–50+ hours; training is provided online and in-store, with paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays/fixturing and monitor cabling connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lights, buttons, demo devices, software reboots).

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep displays functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance within 48–72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; occasional overnight travel.
• Work minimum 32 hours per week, 8am start; potential 40–50+ hours; weekdays with possible weekends.
• Report store visit status to show objective progress.
• Perform merchandising tasks including planogram resets, POP updates, pricing, signage.
• Develop in-store relationships; participate in weekly calls; complete admin tasks quickly.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
