Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology at 2020 Companies, located in Portsmouth, NH. Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Complete necessary forms, images, surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
• Participate in early-morning installations, team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday with possible weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights.
• Travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Physical ability: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock-in/out, photos, app usage, and internet connectivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
• Own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated timeframe.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time-management and reporting skills.
