Job Type: Per Required Need; Work Location: Market - SS - WA - Kennewick; Travel up to 90 miles from home; Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Weekends are not required.

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures, endcaps, buildouts, resets, and display repairs following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.

Responsibilities

• Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated and accurate; accept and schedule assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Fully complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms or client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and in installations involving a team of 2+ people; provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Submit accurate timecards; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
• Ability to adapt to ever‑changing tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication abilities via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, downloads, and internet connectivity.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Complete all training assignments within designated timeframe; work collaboratively and autonomously.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing and able to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
