Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends not required. 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install and update in‑store fixtures, endcaps, buildouts, resets, and display repairs for major brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to field services management and communicate consistently within 24hours.
- Maintain accurate availability and update schedules as needed.
- Complete all assigned jobs before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms, images, surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning or team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives, execute fully and completely, and collaborate with shared services team to ensure goals and improve processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership while representing the company.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds shared‑service field KPIs.
Qualifications
- Age ≥ 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical: climb ladder up to 10ft; lift/carry up to 60lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
- Adaptability: adjust to ever‑changing tasks and environments.
- Communication: effective via phone, text, email; use smartphone for tasks, photos, downloading apps, and internet.
- Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
- Preferred: installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, following planogram (POG) directives.
- Technology: own Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Travel up to 90miles from home per assignment.
- Leadership & Communication: strong professional communication, presentation, decision‑making, judgment, problem‑solving, time‑management, and reporting skills.
- Training: complete all training assignments and tasks within designated timeframe.
