Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday-Friday; weekends are not required.

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client-specific directives.

Responsibilities

• Communicate consistently with field services management, responding within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability up to date and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early-morning installations and support a team of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the team’s success.
• Adhere to accurate time-card submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate and complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems / workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as required.
• Schedule and plan hours and locations, which may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early-morning hours.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early-morning and late-night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability: adjust to varying tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email; coordinate tasks and provide updates.
• Proficiency using Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
• Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Completion of all required training assignments within designated time frames.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
