Overview
The Retail Display Installer – Technology position is a field service role based in the Market – SS – PA – Harrisburg region. The role requires travel of up to 90 miles from home on average, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work is scheduled Monday–Friday; weekends are not required except as needed. The position is part of the 2020 Companies team, representing leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate; schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software, ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the team's success.
- Adhere to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as required.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, and data upload.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
- Installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device capable of uploading photos and data.
- Must complete all training assignments within designated timeframes; work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Superior leadership, professional communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
