Job Overview

Job Type: Per Required Need – Field Service RepresentativeLocation: Market - SS - TX - W. DallasTravel: up to 90 miles from home (average).Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends not required, but may be available).Pay: $16.50 per hour, next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.Training: paid and available.Hours: maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability accurately updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving a job site.
• Follow planograms and client requests to update and maintain displays.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
• Assist in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people), providing solution feedback.
• Use mobile applications and technology to manage virtual software and related tasks.
• Assist teammates as needed and contribute to team success.
• Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; early morning, late‑night, weekend, and holiday availability as required.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb up to 10‑foot ladder, safely lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, reach overhead.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email, with proficiency in using a smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required). Retail or merchandising experience beneficial; preferred installation and merchandising experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tool usage and ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device capable of uploading photos and data and navigating communication platforms independently.
• Ready to complete all training assignments within designated time frames, working collaboratively and autonomously.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Superior leadership, professional communication, presentation skills, and decision‑making judgment; capable of problem solving effectively.
