Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology (Job Type: Per Required Need, Location: Market - SS - FL - Fort Myers).

Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required but occasional weekend or early‑morning assignments may be needed.

Hourly pay starts at $16.50 per hour, based on experience and location. Next‑day pay on demand available with DailyPay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement are included. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to management contact and keep availability updated.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and teamwork on projects requiring 2+ people.
• Use virtual software and mobile applications for task execution, tracking, and photography.
• Assist team members and contribute to training and certification programs.
• Document and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Adhere to timelines for timecard submission and report anomalies daily with required corrections.
• Remain available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday; early morning, late‑night, weekend, and holiday availability as required.
• Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, planogram directives, and secondary communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device capable of uploading photos and data.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; proof of insurance.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/day.
• Strong leadership, judgment, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
