Job Overview
Position: Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Market – SS – SC – North Charleston (Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average). Work schedule Monday–Friday, no weekend required.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps, perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
- Follow planograms and client‑specific directives.
- Use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate regularly with field services management and update availability within 24 hours of contact.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Document tasks by completing necessary forms, photos, and surveys before leaving the job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and collaborate with teams of two or more people.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to team success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily.
- Participate in training and certification programs and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; also available for weekend and holiday assignments.
- Early morning and late‑night availability as required.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, safely lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
- Ability to adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking in/out, taking/uploading photos, and downloading applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Experience with installation and merchandising, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own Android or Apple mobile device for data upload and communication.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles.
- Strong leadership, professional communication, problem‑solving, and autonomous work skills.
