Job Title: Retail Display Installer – Technology

Job Type: Per Required Need
Work Location: Market - SS - ID - Boise
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday (Weekends are not required)
Travel: Up to 90 miles from home (average) – paid drive time & mileage reimbursement

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install and maintain retail display fixtures for leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the use of mobile applications to ensure on‑time, high‑quality completion of each assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management (within 24 hours of contact).
• Keep availability updated and accurate; accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; perform build‑outs, resets, and display repairs.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests; conduct break‑fix repairs as needed.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Provide solution feedback and assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and reporting of anomalies.
• Participate in training and certification programs; track activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Remain available for weekend assignments and occasional early‑morning or holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend and holiday availability as required.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and perform tasks such as kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching overhead.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or merchandising experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo upload and application use.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
