Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising Technician to install and maintain displays, perform planogram resets, troubleshoot issues, and support the store's prescription drug collection program. This is a full-time role with benefits, and hours vary by business needs.

You’ll travel up to 120 miles, lead multi-rep projects, and complete required training. A high school diploma is required, along with experience building displays, wiring, and using the basic toolkit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience building displays/fixturing and troubleshooting display issues.
• Ability to use a basic toolkit and drive/transport to stores.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with security cabling and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and repair display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles as needed.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance, planogram resets, and update pricing/signage.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Work 32–50+ hours weekly with a Monday–Friday baseline and occasional weekends.
• Report visit status, schedule reports, and participate in weekly calls.
