Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays and fixtures, perform planogram resets, and support an in-store prescription drug collection program.

The role is full-time with variable weekly hours, travel up to 120 miles, and paid training. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, vacation, 401(k), and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays/fixturing and monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lighting, buttons, demos, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, endcaps with security, cabling, monitors/media players, and audio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to keep them functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance needs with 48–72 hour store service targets.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasionally travel overnight; minimum 32 hours per week, with 8:00 a.m. start.
• Report store visit status and maintain pricing/signage.
• Perform merchandising tasks including planogram resets and POP updates.
