Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms across stores. You’ll troubleshoot issues, travel up to 120 miles, and lead small teams on multi-rep projects while meeting 32 hours per week with flexibility for 40–50+ hours when needed.

This full-time role includes paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements; service stores within 48-72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Work 32-40+ hours weekly; Mon-Fri 8am start; occasional weekends.
• Report status to show objectives achieved and perform merchandising tasks.
