Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a territory of Meta retail displays. You will perform installations, refreshes, and routine maintenance, while handling inventory, planogram compliance, and briefings with store personnel.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires travel to multiple locations, with paid drive time and mileage. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, experience with display installations, and the ability to read planograms; comfort

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/ display issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to schedules.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
