Floor & Decor is seeking team members to design, build, and maintain product displays in our Commack store. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and requires experience in construction or building.

Successful candidates will be responsible for creating 20-25 displays weekly and must demonstrate a commitment to safety and adherence to company policies. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift significant weight.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or equivalent education.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety regulations.
• Physical work - ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force.

Responsibilities

• Design and build product displays as per department manager's instructions.
• Create 20-25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory.
