1. **Strategic Leadership:**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy for the US market, aligned with the maison’s global objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities, enhance brand presence, and strengthen market position.

2. **Operational Excellence:**

- Oversee daily operations of all retail stores across the US, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.

- Implement and monitor key performance metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

3. **Sales & Business Development:**

- Drive sales performance by developing and executing innovative sales initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
