Job purpose:
As IT Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and providing operational support for the IT systems and services that support our operations. You will work closely with HQ IT team and cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology solutions are efficient, secure, and scalable. Support for Japan and Korea. Managing the third-party store. Logistics operation management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with HQ IT team

  • Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks

  • Support & Troubleshooting, Daily support

  • Manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime

  • Monitoring errors of data integration between EPR and Retail System, and fixing issues

  • Manage New store opening, closing, and relocation-related IT

  • Security

  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems, based on group policy

  • Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.

  • Vendor Management

  • Liaise with technology vendors to negotiate contracts, evaluate new products, and ensure service level agreements are met.

  • Team leadership

  • Supervise and mentor the IT team, fostering professional development and high performance.

  • Project Management

  • Lead and manage IT projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met

  • Data Management

  • Managing the third-party ZOZO TOWN store, including sales and system management.

  • Logistics Operations Management co-operates with Retail and Inventory Control.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management in foreign retail fashion industries.

  • Strong understanding of retail operations, SCM for retail industries

  • Experience with globally deployed ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and retail systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and HQ global team

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies

  • Native level of Japanese and business level of English is required
