Job summary

The Friedkin Group is seeking a Retail Development Manager to elevate dealer performance and customer experience across the Gulf States region. You will blend strategic consulting with creative education design, supporting dealers in sales processes, digital retailing, and training across multiple platforms.

You will lead curriculum development, coordinate with GST and Toyota teams, and deliver data-driven training content to strengthen the Toyota brand at every customer touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Pref and 4–6 years experience working with dealers to improve online and website presence.
• 4–6 years experience consulting and recommending strategies to drive online digital traffic and improve sales/service performance.
• 4–6 years experience with digital retailing, online tools, and process training to transition online traffic to offline experience.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Operations Consulting & Support: improve performance and online/phone lead handling for dealers.
• Training Delivery: design and deliver multi‑channel training content and workshops.
