Job summary

Toyota Deutschland GmbH in Plano, Texas is seeking a SmartPath/MONOGRAM Digital Retail Consultant to coordinate dealer launches and boost platform utilization across existing dealerships. You will train staff, analyze usage, and partner with regional teams to rollout enhancements.

Travel 50-75% is required; you will lead training sessions, support new dealer launches, and stay current with features, delivering measurable benefits to dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Experience in an OEM regional office or corporate level with dealer interaction.
• Retail experience in a dealership acceptable in lieu of field experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive consumer digital user experiences and interfaces.
• Experience installing and training Digital Retailing solutions for automotive dealerships.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Knowledge of dealer programs and digital trends.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with dealers, region staff, and partners to enhance SmartPath/MONOGRAM utilization.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for utilization strategies.
• Provide training to regional and dealership personnel on SmartPath and MONOGRAM tools.
• Support the launch of new dealerships onto SmartPath and MONOGRAM.
• Travel to dealerships and field offices 50-75% of the time.
• Communicate program updates and resolve technical issues.
• Serve as SME for SmartPath and MONOGRAM features.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross‑functional activities.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
