Job summary

automotiveMastermind Inc. seeks a Dealer Relations Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships across the dealership network. You will leverage CRM insights to align dealer goals with our data-driven solutions, traveling extensively to support partners.

You will train dealers on product adoption, coordinate launch plans, and deliver ongoing coaching; collaborate with regional teams to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and measurable performance improvements across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing.
• 3–5 years professional experience in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
• Strong CRM experience and comfortable with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate launch planning, product implementations and dealer training.
• Serve as primary contact for dealer issues and follow up to escalated cases.
• Share best practices to support value proposition to dealers and teammates.
• Communicate product changes and new features to accounts in a timely manner.
• Travel 80–100% within the region and nationally as needed.
