The Friedkin Group's Gulf States Toyota region seeks a Retail Development Manager to elevate dealer performance through operational excellence, digital retailing, and targeted training.

In this role you will partner with dealers and GST sales teams, develop data-driven training content, and lead multi-channel delivery to improve online and offline customer experiences across the Gulf States region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 4–6 years experience with dealers preferred.
• 4–6 years experience in online and website presence for dealers (digital and performance).
• 4–6 years experience consulting to drive online digital traffic that improves sales and service performance.
• 4–6 years experience with digital retailing, online tools, and training to transition online traffic to offline experience.
• CRM proficiency with intermediate-advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Dealer operations consulting to improve sales and service processes.
• Lead Internet Development Program (IDP) initiatives and dealer trainings.
• Deliver training content via in-person, virtual, video, and self-paced formats.
• Coordinate with Toyota and national training teams for regional content integration.
• Develop partnerships with vendors to ensure content quality and consistency.
