Crate & Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the design experience by organizing appointments, store events, and sales aids, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist Designers with consultations, projects, and outreach, ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor and at in-store design sessions.

This role emphasizes brand aesthetics and teamwork, with opportunities to drive in-store engagement and contribute to a premium customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Understanding of design concepts and spatial planning is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Organize and replenish sales aids.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Conduct post-purchase outreach to customers.
• Serve on the floor and pass customers to Designers as needed.
• Maintain brand aesthetics and merchandising across channels.
