Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to organize design appointments, assist designers, and manage in-store events. You will ensure a high-quality customer experience, support sales goals, and stay informed on brand aesthetics across store, online, and catalog channels.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and collaboration with Designers and store teams to deliver design solutions and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Retail or Customer Service.
• Proficiency with Google platforms and appointment management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Organize and replenish sales aids to support selling activities.
• Conduct post-purchase outreach to customers.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and connect them with Designers as needed.
• Understand brand aesthetics and merchandising across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels.
• Maintain product information and stay informed on trends and competition.
• Act as liaison with CDST and B2B departments and manage partnerships.
