Responsabilités

• Drive sales and provide a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and pass them to Designers as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, brand aesthetics, and trends.
