Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily operations, merchandising execution, and customer service excellence. You will implement directives, manage staff, and coach teammates to foster a positive, productive environment while ensuring pricing, inventory, and display accuracy.

You will contribute to a legendary shopping experience by understanding customer needs, recommending products, and coordinating events with the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales; Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates.
• Implement merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Assist GSM/DM in staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with management.
• Conduct product demos and maintain product knowledge.
• Coordinate special events and pricing/inventory accuracy.
