Floor & Decor is seeking a Training & Development Lead for Product Sales Specialists in California. You will train staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure customers receive accurate product information.

The role emphasizes answering product questions, guiding staff through certifications, and upholding the company’s core values in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time, in-store position in Sacramento area with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform essential functions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting procedures.
• Lead the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing; train specialists accordingly.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure attentive and accurate customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain product knowledge.
