Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Training Lead to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service with accurate product information. You will drive certification, merchandising, and pricing across the department while embodying the company’s core values.

Ideal candidates bring a year of customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an in-store role in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
