You will also support front-end tasks, maintain cleanliness, and participate in training programs to stay current with company standards and routines. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years in retail with department knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department standards and appealing displays.
• Monitor inventory levels, scan outs, reconcile discrepancies, and replenish stock.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate price changes with teams and update pricing labels.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the engagement model.
• Support front-end tasks by processing transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Use office equipment and retail devices to assist customers and tasks.
• Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders and other equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives.
• Offer friendly, proactive internal and external support for inquiries and issues.
