Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department standards and displays.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with relevant teams for labels and signage.
• Manage implementation of playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department and surroundings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries to enhance satisfaction.
• Support front-end tasks including transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate retail equipment and handheld devices as required.
• Participate in cross-training across departments to increase flexibility.
