Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations including scanning outs, inventory management, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate price changes with teams and update signage.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and appealing displays per guidelines.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and assist with transactions as needed.
• Operate handheld devices and retail equipment safely.
• Support cross-training and participate in training programs.
• Uphold Rural King values in daily work.
