Bass Pro Shops in Ohio seeks a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, stocking, pricing and customer service. You will help achieve sales, margin, and payroll goals while maintaining plan-o-grams and company standards.

You will staff, train, and coach team members, resolve issues with the HR Manager, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years retail sales experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily activities of associates in the department.
• Support sales, inventory, pricing, and merchandising goals.
• Coordinate staffing and training with HR.
• Maintain pricing and plan-o-grams per corporate directives.
• Ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for customers.
